Hello dear
I understand your concern
You have oval shaped hypoechoic masses seen in the posterior submucous region in USG scan.
It could be due to fibroid/adenomyosis.
Treatment will depend on the size and severity of symptoms.
It can also cause pregnancy complications, such as miscarriage, preterm delivery, abnormal position of the fetus, and the need for cesarean (C-section or surgical) delivery.
It can also increase the risk of heavy
bleeding after delivery.
So better to take treatment for it before the conception.
Drugs like
progesterone pill,
GNRH analogue will useful
If not responds then go for surgical process like myomectomy,
Uterine artery embolization,
radiofrequency ablation.
Once it will resolves/removed, you can easily become pregnancy without any complication.
Avoid stress, take healthy diet, drink plenty of water and do regular exercise
Hope this may help you
